Questions about pricing

What counts as an enquiry?

A new conversation with a client that Zelvai reads and answers or books — from email, your website form or the chat. Replies, reminders and changes in the same conversation do not count again.

What happens if we go over our plan?

Nothing stops. We tell you at 80 % and at 100 %, Zelvai keeps working until the end of the month, and a bigger plan starts only from the next month if you agree.

Is there a free trial?

Yes: a free 30-day pilot on your real enquiries, with the setup done by us. No card is needed.

Can we cancel and keep our data?

Yes. You cancel in the App and it ends with the period you paid for. Before you leave you can export your conversations and bookings; we delete the rest on request.

Are prices with or without VAT?

Prices will be in euros and will say clearly whether VAT is included. You get an invoice every month or every year.
